is an attractive gate lodge located beside the stone arched
entrance to Partry House estate. Suitable for self-catering
families or groups, it offers five ensuite bedrooms, sleeping
ten people in comfort. A private paved patio opens onto woodland
gardens. Lakeshore walks on the estate.

Lodge has been recently rebuilt incorporating the original
gate lodge to Partry estate.
It has been finished to a very
high standard and offers five ensuite bedrooms all with views
of the surrounding woodlands and estate.
A large sitting-room with TV &
video and open fire connects to the dining room that seats
twelve. French doors from the dining room open out unto a
southerly patio with tables and chairs and a swing. Landscaped
gardens nestled in mature woodland.
The fully equipped kitchen has
large American-style fridge freezer, six-burner gas/ electric
cooker and a dishwasher, and table and chairs. The utility
room provides complete laundry facilities with clothes washer
and dryer and ironing equipment.
A balcony opens up from the upstairs
lounge and overlooks an expanse of parkland leading to the
lake. The master bedroom is fully furnished and has both a
double and spare single bed, the ensuite has a bath. The other
four bedrooms all accommodate two, and have their own private
ensuites. There is one easily accessible downstairs twin bedroom
also with ensuite bathroom.
